SpotGo Terms of Use
These Terms explain the current SpotGo service boundary and responsibilities that apply when you use the app.
Current service
SpotGo is currently a controlled free parking-information service. Driver, Mapping and related features may be available only in supported areas, currently focused on Copenhagen, and only while the relevant safety, consent, service and data-quality controls allow them.
Parking information and safe use
SpotGo may show official mapped parking and parking availability signals. A map marker, observation or availability signal does not guarantee that a parking space is free, legal, suitable or still available when you arrive. Local signs, restrictions, markings and applicable law always take priority.
Use SpotGo only when it is safe and lawful to interact with your iPhone. Do not let the app distract you from driving or from observing the road and parking conditions around you.
Driver and Mapping
Driver can be used without Mapping. Mapping is optional and requires its own in-app consent plus the relevant device permissions. Mapping observations and customer parking reports can be reviewed, rejected, de-duplicated or kept out of live parking decisions when SpotGo cannot justify their use.
Your account
Keep your sign-in credentials secure and provide accurate information. Do not impersonate another person, interfere with the service, submit deliberately false reports, bypass safety or eligibility controls, or misuse rewards, vouchers or support channels.
You can request permanent account deletion in the app under Account → Manage account & security → Delete account. Data deletion and retention are described in the Privacy Policy.
Notifications
Push notifications are optional. Current notification consent covers operational service updates and support replies, not promotional or direct-marketing messages. You can turn notifications off in SpotGo and in iOS Settings.
Credits, rewards and payments
The current v1 service does not offer paid Premium or App Store purchases. SpotGo Credits are non-cash and non-transferable. Credits, Partner Rewards and voucher availability remain subject to server-side eligibility, quality, anti-abuse, inventory and policy controls.
Service availability and changes
SpotGo features may be changed, paused or withdrawn when safety, legal, operational, data-quality or pilot conditions require it. When SpotGo requires acceptance of a new Terms or Privacy version, the app may ask you to review and acknowledge it before continuing.

How SpotGo handles personal data, location, Mapping data, support messages, parking feedback, notifications, retention and deletion is described in the SpotGo Privacy Policy.
